My Warm-Toned Autumn Makeup Routine

Seeing as it’s officially autumn I thought I would share some of the products I’m loving at the moment for creating more of a warm toned look.

My go-to product I use to hydrate my skin is always the Maybelline Primer. It works as a moisturiser and a primer and leaves my skin refreshed with a fresh glow whilst still being so lightweight.

The Maybeline Instant Conceal Eraser Concealer (£8.99) is another one of my favourites, it’s so natural and brightens my skin really well. It’s so quick and easy apply and lasts on your face for hours. I would normally skip foundation, but if I was planning to do a more   full coverage look I would use Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation (£9.99). This foundation is good for the price as it’s full coverage and smells amazing. It’s so lightweight that it feels like you are not wearing any at all and it leaves your face looking fresh and dewy.

For bronzer, I use L’Oreal Back To Bronze (£8.99) It’s great for warming up your complexion as it gives you a healthy bronzed sun kissed look. I brush it on my , forehead and nose. As the product is buildable you can build the colour up until the desired look is achieved. Once I have bronzed, I then use the Soph X Revolution Highlighter (£8) and swipe it on my cheek and brow bones to brighten up my face. These highlighters are so pigmented and because there’s so many colours to choose from, I mix them together to get the perfect glow for my skin tone, which is usually hard to find as I am so pale.

For eyes, I use the Soph X Revolution Eyeshadow Palette (£10). It features a huge range of reds, golds and browns in a mix of mattes and shimmers, which is perfect for a warm toned make up look as it has all the neutral colours needed. The colours are so pigmented and are easy to blend and work with, which is why this palette is my go-to favourite.

On the brows I use Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil (£20.50). This is my favourite eyebrow pencil I’ve ever used! It’s so easy to apply on your brows and the spoolie on the end of the pencil works so well and makes it easy to blend the product out through my eyebrows. As my eyebrows are naturally dark and thick, I hardly apply any product onto them but a little goes a long way and the pencil gives me a natural looking brow. I then use clear eyebrow gel or the NYX Tinted Brow Mascara (£7) to hold my brows in place all day.

For lips, I use the NYX Suede Matte Lip Liner (£4) in London to outline my lips to give them a fuller look and then use the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream (£6) in Abu Dhabi to fill in the rest of my lips. It has a creamy formula that’s matte on the lips and long lasting, which I love.
